To successfully establish a connection between your Taikun and AWS accounts:

  • Log into your AWS account
  • Find or create Access Key ID and Secret Access Key

Where to find the Amazon Web Services (AWS) security key

  1. Log into your AWS account
  2. Click on your profile name in the top-right corner and access the Security credentials section.

3. Create a new Access key along with a Secret key in the Access key ID and secret access section.

  • Alternatively, you can use your previous combination (as long as you have your Secret key).

Adding AWS connection to Taikun

1. Switch to Cloud Credentials

Navigate to the Cloud Credentials section in Taikun.

2. Add Cloud Credentials

Hit the Add Cloud Credentials button located in the top-right corner.

3. Specify Parameters

Fill in the required fields in the menu:

  • Cloud Name: Enter a name for your Cloud Credentials (3-30 characters, e.g., cloud-test).
  • Access Key ID and Secret Access Key: Provide your AWS credentials.
  • Region: Choose a suitable region.
  • Availability Zone: Select an availability zone for the region.

4. Save Your Credentials

After filling in all the required parameters, save the credentials to finalize the process.
